Our Story

The word change often elicits the image of a tiny caterpillar spinning a cocoon and one day emerging as a beautiful butterfly. At Peace of Mind Counseling, our goal is to help clients recognize that they are capable of that kind of transformation.

Peace of Mind Counseling offers mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, children, and families in a comfortable, welcoming setting. Our office is located in a charming 1940s style home with large windows that allow natural light to pour in, fireplace inserts that date back to the 1800s, spacious offices with character, and private parking. Our therapists have a genuine desire to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and to provide support during some of life’s most difficult moments.

It is our sincere hope that every person who enters our practice will leave with a healthier ‘peace’ of mind.
